A mix of freestyle and Greco-Roman, beach wrestling is practiced in a 6-meter sand circle and consists of very simple rules: two points for the wrestler who manages to knock his opponent down or one point to push him out of the circle. ; The match will end when you reach 10 points or a five minute clock.
There will be full wrestling brackets and awards.
The tournament will be led by Rutgers University Director of Wrestling Operations Billy Ashenault and Wrestling Broadcaster Sean Dedyne. Dedyne is a former Central Regional and College of New Jersey star.
